Khalid Alagel is the Founder and CEO of The Gulf Care Group (GCG), an innovative healthcare consulting company which develops international patient programs for client hospitals. For over a decade, he has worked with foreign heads of state in the promotion of advanced medical treatments and facilitation of international physician exchange programs. He is also a founding partner in Healthcare Language Services, a medical interpretation and translation services company in Chicago, IL. Previously, Mr. Alagel was a Senior Advisor to the Saudi Industrial Export Company (SIEC), Chemtex USA.

Wilbur H. Gantz, III is President and Chief Executive Officer of PathoCapital LLC, a privately owned company investing in the healthcare field. Mr. Gantz was formerly, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ovation Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a position assumed in 2002. Previously he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PathoGenesis Corporation and as President of Baxter International Inc. During the past five years, Mr. Gantz has served on the board of directors of Gambro, A.B., The Gillette Company, and Harris Financial Corp. He is a trustee of The Field Museum of Natural History and serves on the board of directors of W.W. Grainger, a position he has held since 1985.

Farhan Hussain is the President and CEO of Neurowave Medical Technologies. Prior to NMT, Mr. Hussain was a founding partner of The Gulfcare Group (GCG). GCG was created to leverage extensive knowledge and relationships within the United States and the Gulf Region to explore, create, link and grow business ventures in ways which are beneficial to and profitable for both regions. Prior to founding GCG, Mr. Hussain served in various sales and business development roles with Johnson & Johnson.

Bruce V. Rauner is chairman of GTCR, a Chicago-based venture capital and private equity firm. Mr. Rauner joined GTCR in 1981. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College summa cum laude, with highest distinction in Economics. Bruce’s leadership role has been instrumental in many successful GTCR investments including Gensar, Polypore, CoreStaff, Answerthink, American Medical Labs and AppNet.
